Gifts for ACOTAR Fans in 2026: Books, Calendar & Reading Accessories

A five-book paperback set, a desk calendar with quotes for 2027, and two practical gifts for reading on a Kindle.

Two people can love Sarah J. Maas’s A Court of Thorns and Roses (ACOTAR) and have completely different bookshelves. One might have read a borrowed copy of the first book. The other might already own all six. Before wrapping anything, it helps to know where they left off and which books they actually own.

At a glance

What do they already own?

The paperback set takes a reader through Silver Flames. A Court of Splintered Harmony is the next book and is sold separately. The 2027 quote calendar makes sense even if they already own the series.

ACOTAR Paperback Box Set (5 Books)

The set contains A Court of Thorns and Roses, A Court of Mist and Fury, A Court of Wings and Ruin, A Court of Frost and Starlight, and A Court of Silver Flames. It follows Feyre into the faerie courts, includes the short winter novella after Wings and Ruin, and carries the story into Nesta’s book.

It gives someone who borrowed the early books their own copies. If they already own most of the series, a single missing volume avoids a stack of doubles. Book six is sold separately.

The desk gift

A Court of Thorns and Roses 2027 Day-to-Day Calendar

Each tear-off page pairs a date with a quote from Sarah J. Maas’s books, with Saturday and Sunday sharing a page. It stands on a desk or tabletop and runs from January through December 2027. Andrews McMeel published it on July 28, 2026, in time to wrap it for the 2026 holidays.

A familiar line beside the morning coffee can bring a favorite scene back. The quotes span the series, so someone still on the early books may want to save the calendar for later.

For a reader caught up through Silver Flames

A Court of Splintered Harmony

The first movement of The Valkyrie Cycle returns to a Prythian still putting itself back together after the Hybern war. As the threat from Koschei grows, the Night Court needs allies at a time when old loyalties are already strained.

I’d finish A Court of Silver Flames first. Nesta’s story brings the Valkyries and Koschei into focus, which gives a returning reader a footing in the new book.

Two practical gifts for Kindle readers

If they read ACOTAR on a Kindle in bed, a stand and a page turner solve different problems. The stand takes the weight of the screen. The remote means they can turn the page with a hand still under the covers.

Turn the page from under the covers

Amazon Kindle Click

The remote pairs directly with a compatible Kindle and turns pages in either direction. It leaves the screen clear, which matters if the Kindle is already sitting in a holder.

Check when their Kindle model was released. A Kindle bought in 2026 can still be older hardware, and a 2022 basic Kindle or 2021 Paperwhite falls outside Amazon’s compatibility range.

Keep the screen at reading height

Lamicall Gooseneck Holder

The arm brings an e-reader up to eye level from a headboard or bedside table. The holder takes devices from 4.7 to 13 inches, within an 800 g load limit. The base needs a flat mounting surface 0.2 to 3.15 inches thick.

Check that the jaws can grip the device with its case on and leave the power button clear. The arm can wobble when tapped, which is where a compatible remote helps. Use both hands to adjust the arm.

Gifts that can miss the mark

When there’s one gap in a row of paperbacks, the title matters more than the size of the gift. A Court of Frost and Starlight is easy to overlook because it’s a novella, but it’s already in the five-book set. The reading order can help you match the title on the spine to the volume they’re missing.

For a Kindle reader, check the model before wrapping anything that has to pair, snap on or charge. If you only know they have ‘a Paperwhite,’ you still need the generation for the remote. The holder is a question of measurements instead, including the space beside the bed.

Start with what they already love

If you can ask one question without giving the surprise away, ask which book they’d read next. The answer tells you whether there’s still a story to give.
